This was world-wide news. Mostly, because Banksy is such a notorious and well-hidden personage. But next to that, this installation was a clear statement against the cruel transportation of animals. Note what the driver of this truck says: 

'I don't really know much, I'm just a driver, a delivery guy,' he said. 'I'm just here delivering meat. Farm fresh meat.' 

Made fluffy, in this case.
