There aren't many people applauded by PETA and McDonald's at the same time, but Temple Grandin is.
This is why: she improved standards in slaughter plants and livestock farms by decreasing the level of stress, fear and pain that animals experience while, for example, lined up in the slaughterhouse - which improves efficiency and profit.

Dogs, what to write about them?
